Returns

All sales are final; products cannot be returned. Our products are manufactured to order and assembled based on orders placed by customers.

Refunds

Refunds are not possible for group buy items and preorders as SliceMK orders parts from manufacturers directly based on the incoming sales. Please see the group buy logistics page for more details.

In rare cases, SliceMK may grant an exception to this rule at its discretion, such as if someone else is waiting to purchase the same item. In such an event, the customer remains responsible for the payment processing fee as that is not refunded by the payment processor when a payment is refunded. The payment processing fee will be 4% to 7% of the transaction total depending on the payment method.

For in stock items, you can contact us within the first 24 hours for an order to be cancelled and fully refunded.
