Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship from New York (United States).
  • If your order contains multiple products, the order will ship once everything is available.
  • In the event that the shipment is rejected and returned to sender, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. This includes the cost of return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the package.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and formatted correctly.
    • SliceMK is not responsible if an order is shipped with an incorrect shipping address due to customer error.
    • SliceMK may at its discretion assist with redirecting the package to the correct address. Please understand that may not be possible in certain scenarios. In the event that the package is redirected, the customer is responsible for all additional costs incurred.
  • SliceMK discourages the use of third-party forwarding services, particularly for international orders.
    • In the event that a forwarding service is used, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred.

Lead Time and Shipping

  • The lead time quoted on each product page is an estimate of how long it will take for the order to be packed and dropped off with the shipping carrier. It does not include time that the package will spend in transit.
  • There may be minor delays beyond the quoted lead time. If you need the package to arrive during a specific timeframe due to travel or other factors, please get in touch as soon as possible and SliceMK will do its best to accommodate.

United States Policy

  • As a corporation based in New York State, applicable sales tax will be automatically charged for orders shipped to New York State.
  • Customers in other states are responsible for handling their own sales tax obligations.

International Policy

  • The checkout price does not include international tariffs/duties and customs clearance fees. The customer is responsible for all such costs.
  • For legal reasons, SliceMK cannot fill custom forms with a lower value than the actual value of the order. In the event that the customer refuses to pay import duties, the customer is responsible for the total shipping cost (including the return to sender cost) along with any other applicable fees.
