Peripheral Firmware

SliceMK peripheral firmware version 3.6.0 was released on 2024-03-07.

Flashing Instructions

Please check the INFO_UF2.TXT file in the SliceMK bootloader virtual drive to determine your PCB version. Be sure to do this for both keyboard halves as the PCB version may be different.

warning

Loading the firmware for the incorrect version may cause irreversible hardware damage to your keyboard PCB.

Once you determine your PCB version, you can find the corresponding peripheral UF2 firmware file linked below.

  • If you are using a dongle you will need both peripheral-left.uf2 and peripheral-right.uf2. The dongle firmware will come from the keymap configurator.
  • If you are not using a dongle you will only need peripheral-right.uf2. The left half firmware will come from the keymap configurator.
  • The testing firmware can be used to test that every switch/key is working. It will turn on the LED when a key is pressed. It is only for testing purposes and does not include any keyboard-related functionality.

If you are not sure how to use the firmware files on this page, please check out the Peripheral Flashing under the Getting Started Guide.
